Candida Diet-Friendly Salad Dressing Recipe

Did you know that fermented foods such as vinegar can cause candida to flourish?

Next time you prepare a salad, try Dr. Nabzdyk’s favorite homemade salad dressing. This vinegar-free recipe is preservative-free, sugar-free and also dairy-free. It is a great way to enjoy healthy, fiber-filled salads that are beneficial for your digestive system.
 

Vinegar-free Garlic Herb Salad Dressing

 

¼ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ c. olive oil (or extra-virgin olive oil)
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 T. dried oregano
¼ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
¼ tsp. sea salt (optional)


Place all ingredients in a jar or salad dressing bottle with mixer. Shake or whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.


Yield:  Approximately 1 cup
